Continuing your path straight on through Orebor Harborage then a small loop around Ango'rosh Grounds, do a little bit of a 180 loop and then head down past Sporeggar into the Spawning Glen always sticking to the side. Like the top of the map, stick to the cliffs and continue your journey right the way through, again mining any Fel Iron Ore you see.
Hellfire Peninsula is the best place to farm Fel Iron ore because there are no other types of ores in the zone. Every other zone has some Adamantite. You will get fewer Fel Iron Ore in every other zone. The respawn time is fast enough that you don't have to go around the whole Hellfire Peninsula to farm effectively.

Although Adamantite Ore can be found in several Outland zones, Nagrand takes the cake simply because it has several ogre caves and lairs in which only Adamantite Ore or Khorium Ore can spawn, so you can basically filter out Fel Iron Ore if you only want Adamantite.. The following TBC Classic Adamantite mining route is somewhat shortened compared to the other one we've covered here.
